Brittany and Taylor’s wedding was one of those unforgettable days that reminds us why we love what we do. Hosted at the stunning VEA Newport Beach, their celebration was filled with so much warmth, style, and thoughtful detail. We had the absolute joy of planning and designing this classically elegant garden wedding, and from start to finish, it was such a dream.

These two share a background in hospitality, and from the beginning, they wanted their day to feel welcoming, elevated, and completely personal. We designed every element with that in mind, curating an experience that felt as graceful and gracious as the couple themselves.

For the design, we leaned into a timeless green and white garden palette. Think lush white roses, hydrangeas, and soft greenery layered throughout the ceremony and reception. Gold accents on the tables and candlelight everywhere gave the evening a soft, romantic glow. It was polished but inviting, exactly the look we envisioned with Brittany and Taylor from the start.

One of our favorite design moments was the cake meadow we created in the heart of the reception. Rather than a standard cake table, we surrounded their cake with fresh florals and layered textures, turning it into a show-stopping centerpiece that guests couldn’t stop talking about.

Even more meaningful were the personal touches. Every guest received a handwritten note from the couple as their place card, a simple gesture that made the entire evening feel so intimate and sincere. Those are the kinds of details that take a beautiful wedding and turn it into a truly memorable experience.

As the sun dipped below the horizon, a live saxophonist filled the air with music, and the party kicked off in full. It was romantic, joyful, and full of life. Exactly the celebration Brittany and Taylor had hoped for, and such an honor for us to bring to life.
