The Blissfully Styled Planning Phases
Wedding planning should feel joyful, organized, and stress-free. Our process unfolds in three distinct phases, each one carefully designed to build upon the last. This ensures that every detail is cared for while you feel calm, confident, and supported every step of the way.
Our phased approach ensures you never feel rushed or overwhelmed. Each step is purposeful, each detail is meticulously cared for, and each moment is yours to savor.
Phase 1: The VIPs (Months 8–12)
We begin with your most important partners, the VIP vendors who will block their calendar to bring your day to life. Securing them early ensures you have the dream team by your side.
In this phase we’ll focus on:
Booking your venue, photographer, videographer, band or DJ, floral designer and officiant
Outlining your investment plan and wedding day timeline
Setting your wedding day inspiration and overall mood
Choosing your wedding party and attire
Scheduling engagement photos
Creating your wedding website
Once these foundations are in place, you can pause, take a breath, and savor the excitement while we prepare for the design phase.
Phase 2: The Design (Months 4–7)
This is where the magic takes shape. The Design Phase is all about bringing your personalities to life through style, aesthetics, guest experience, and flow.
Highlights include:
Creating your overall design plan
Floral design and styling
Rentals: furniture, linens, tabletop, lounge
Invitations, stationery, and signage
Menu tastings and cake design
Beauty team selections
Guest experiences: favors, welcome bags, entertainment, hotels and transportation
Rehearsal dinner planning
Together, we’ll create an aesthetic that reflects your personalities and ensures your day feels cohesive, beautiful, and memorable.
Phase 3: The Details (Months 0–3)
The final phase is about refinement and preparation. We ensure every decision is confirmed, every vendor is aligned, and every detail is flawless, so you can be fully present on your day.
Here’s what we’ll cover:
Sending invitations and managing RSVPs
Filling in your wedding day timeline and seating chart
Final walk-through at your venue
Floral mock-up and design confirmations
Vendor confirmations and logistics
Seating chart and floor plan layouts
Small details - guest books and card boxes, champagne flutes and cake knife & server
Rehearsal and ceremony planning
Rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch planning, if included
When this phase is complete, you’ll feel calm, confident, and ready to celebrate.
