As a Blissfully Styled Events couple, you’ll feel confident, cared for, and fully present throughout your engagement and wedding day.
Here’s how we’ll take care of every detail, so you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love.
Step 1: Let’s Connect
After exploring our website and feeling a connection to our work, the first step is to complete our Contact Form. This allows us to get a sense of your wedding vision and planning needs.
Once submitted, we’ll schedule a Connection Call—a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we’ll get to know each other, hear more about your dream wedding, and determine if we’re the perfect fit.
Step 2: Tailored to You
Before our call, we’ll send over a detailed questionnaire to gather essential details about your wedding day priorities, style preferences, and logistical needs. Your answers help us craft a thoughtful, personalized approach to your planning journey.
Following our Connection Call, we’ll create a custom proposal designed exclusively for you. We’ll then review it together, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision and expectations.
We hold your wedding date for 7 days while you review your proposal and decide if we’re the right fit to bring your wedding to life.
Step 3: Booking & Welcome
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll make things official with an Agreement and Initial Payment, seamlessly processed through Rock, Paper, Coin, our trusted client relationship management software. This secure, user-friendly system allows you to sign contracts and make payments online with ease.
Within a few days of booking, you’ll receive a warm welcome email outlining the next steps, along with exclusive access to your personalized Aisle Planner account— our wedding planning platform, and your hub for all things wedding planning.
Step 4: Planning with Purpose
From this point forward, you’ll follow our signature Phase-Based Planning Method, a structured approach that breaks the process into manageable phases—keeping you organized, on track, and never overwhelmed.
Depending on the service you’ve selected, we’ll provide the right level of support—from comprehensive planning and vendor management, to guided tools with expert check-ins, or hands-on oversight with White Glove enhancements.
No matter your level of service, you’ll feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.
