Coordination Package

You are super organized and maybe even a little control-freaky. (Trust us, we get it.) All your creative partners, set up, designs and décor plans are handled and are perfect. Planning a wedding for you is a breeze and a lot of fun. But, you (and your family and friends) want to enjoy your big day without having to stress about decorating, greeting and assisting the vendors, making sure your cake is being cut on time, or packing up boxes in fancy dresses.

We are here to save the day. Our staff will be there, by your side, all day and night making sure every little detail is executed according to your plan. And you won’t have to worry about a thing. After all, it is YOUR day. The only things you should be thinking about are being pampered, being in love, and marrying your best friend.

Coordination packages include:

  • Unlimited phone/email communication beginning 2 months prior to your event, for advice, guidance, support and final details planning

  • Access to our Aisle Planner program for all your planning needs upon contract signing and receipt of deposit

  • 20 planning hours beginning 2 months prior to your event, which includes 2 in-person planning meetings (including final walk through) and up to 12 hours on event date

  • Access to our full preferred creative partner list for referrals upon contract signing and receipt of deposit

Coordination Services included with each package:

  • Communication with your venue to determine venue procedures for loading/unloading and insurance requirements, if any

  • Communicate with vendors for arrival times and time needed for set up, including take down times if applicable, advise vendors on venue procedures/requirements, confirm vendors carry proper insurance per venue requirements

  • Create and distribute detailed timeline to all vendors the week prior to your event

  • Advise on marriage license/name change process

  • Ceremony rehearsal coordination, one to two days prior

  • Executive Coordinator and at least one assistant on the day of, as needed

  • First on site to greet all vendors and direct/supervise as necessary to ensure vendors are setting up and following timeline

  • Set up and style décor as requested at venue walk through, including all special accessories such as cake servers, guest book, toasting flutes, party favors, etc.

  • Ensure the remainder of formalities run on time, dinner, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.

  • Disburse any final payments to vendors, on couple’s behalf, as needed

  • Pack designated vehicle with gifts, cards, personal belongings, etc.

  • Take down decorations and provide to designated family member or vendor to take home. Pack all personal items for the couple and provide to designated family member.

  • Ensure that venue is satisfied with condition of location prior to leaving
